Refunds and cancellations
Last updated 17 September 2026. Short on purpose. If you think you are owed money, write to us and you probably are.
How to ask. Email connect@mask360.agency, or WhatsApp +91 85917 50510, with your reference code or invoice number. We reply within forty eight hours and settle within one month, usually the same week. Approved refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from, within five to seven working days.
How paying actually works, so nothing is a surprise
Everything is paid for on the payment page. You get a reference code, a QR code for the exact amount in INR and, on a phone, a button that opens your own UPI app. Scan or tap, and the transfer goes from your bank app to our UPI id, kavishrm.work-2@okaxis. The payee is Mask Management. Your UPI app may show the name on the bank account behind that id instead, so check the id. Then press I have paid, with the UTR if you have it, so we know to look for it.
Nothing is charged automatically, nothing renews by itself, and this site never sees your card, your bank login or your UPI PIN. A person matches every payment by hand and approves it, so allow up to one working day. Your order is recorded against your reference code the moment you reach the payment screen, so even if you close the tab straight after paying, the order is still there and we will honour it. If our system could not record it, the page says so plainly before you pay. You get a plain numbered invoice, with no tax on it, because Mask Management is not registered under GST.
Data exports
The file is emailed to you once the payment is confirmed. If it does not arrive, or the row count is materially lower than the count quoted to you when you filtered, tell us within seven days and we refund in full. Once a correct file has been delivered the sale is final, because a data file cannot be handed back. If a column is empty or wrong across the file, that is our mistake and we refund or reissue, your choice.
Advertising slots, sponsorships and featured pins
Cancel any time before the slot goes live and you get everything back. Once it is live, you get a pro rata refund for the days that have not run. If the slot does not serve for a period you paid for, that period is refunded without you having to ask twice.
Job posts
Cancel before it goes live for a full refund. Once live, a pro rata refund for the unused days. If your role is filled early, tell us and we take it down and refund the remainder.
Anything we reject
Every booking is reviewed by a person. If we decide not to run your creative or your listing, you are refunded in full, quickly, and we tell you why.
If something goes wrong at our end
If the site is down for a meaningful part of a period you bought, that time is credited or refunded. You do not need to prove it: we can see it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you can take it to the consumer commission where you live or work, and you can also complain to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
